if you love driving, i hope you like this channel… this is where i am sharing all my experiences and learning process… in driving, in testing. and i hope my mistakes can help others improve theirs…
i am not the fastest, i am not the best... but at least the driver factor is absolute across different ranges of cars... i hope this channel can be useful for those who need a benchmark... for those fellow driving nerds like me, this bunch of on-board POV video will help you save times and cut to the chase by studying from my mistakes, trial and errors.

Test&Tune :: 4th test BMWCCI BOGOR CHAPTER MOTORSPORT E36 320i M50B20 #silasbonar46 Sentul Circuit
first the theme song is a joke because of the recent campaign from the presidential election actually use similar color to bogor chapter motorsport race car 🤣🤣🤣
back to the car… new setup on footwork alignment, lower the weight by 100kg and redone the corner balance. minor adjustment here and there, the car has completed 300 laps around 10 race hours with no major issue… my prediction if we maintained it well, this engine would last another 40 hours before i am starting to have rod bearing significant wear.
we are lucky it is raining because we can learn alot about setup when the conditions are slippery… the car handles well and the front end grip is good. we are heading towards good direction. if a wet lap is 2minutes, a dry lap prediction would be 1min 54-55sec
we start having fuel signal wiring issue from ecu. will figure it out and back for more testing

thank you @sierrasoedargo my old friend from melbourne, for asking me to do this. first of all, the lack of front end grip due to lack of negative camber and also hard compound tyres. the tyres ps4 with 320 tread wear is not that grippy to handle front torque steer of this turbo fwd. secondly the car is overheating 3/4 of the lap, and throw it into limp mode / safe mode so we tried one last try...

one word to sum this car, balance. i cannot believe how this 4cyl turbo being under-rated and understatedly overshadowed by its bigger stronger brothers… i think think can be a very very fun car with big value. you can brake very very close and you can flat on throttle almost everywhere… and i don’t know what people has been complaining about the 4cyl turbo, but this engine is great and lively....

bisa, DNA porsche hampir semua basicnya sudah track ready. even the basic model. cuma memang kalau automatic sebelum PDK agak laggy… untuk flowing circuit tidak masalah. non PDK hanya ada delay setiap perpindahan gigi saja di bandingkan PDK. kalau manual, it is spot on

1. flat surface, easy to mod the pressure plate and i can adjust the clutch clamping force. i can use larger variety of clutches too 2. 11.2:1 comp ratio

@@FiccoClivanoIkhsan it does not affect low rpm that much… first it is an SOHC which has mid low power band anyway… secondly, i have very high compression piston, the new camshaft powerband doesn’t shift to higher range too much… basically i just help it breathe better up top.

the camera helmet sound is all wind noise and doesnt have telemetry. but you are right, the helmet cam have better angle. i should have overlay them 🙏
